How do I purchase a broom?
Tips & Tricks for Shopping Effectively

New items are released in the shop in batches each month, typically every other Friday. I call these “restocks”. The restocks tend to sell out quickly as only a limited number of items are available each time.

Here are some tips to help you shop effectively.

  • Follow on Instagram or sign up for the Newsletter.
Restock dates are listed in the bio on Instagram and announced through Instagram posts and the Newsletter.

  • Create an Account on the Website.
Creating an Account allows you to pre-save your payment information which allows you to Quick-Checkout. Don’t get cart-napped while you’re entering all your information manually!

  • Plan Ahead.
Check Instagram and the Newsletter for previews of what will be available so you have an idea of whether you want to shop.

  • Prepare.
It might seem silly, but set an alarm for 10 minutes before the scheduled restock time (usually 6pm pacific time). When your alarm goes off, get the website loaded up and navigate to the Shop page. It will be password-protected until the scheduled time, giving Members the opportunity to shop early. Right at the scheduled time, refresh the page. Continue refreshing until the products appear (this can sometimes take a couple tries)

  • USE APPLE PAY, PAYPAL, GOOGLE WALLET,
or whatever is your fastest payment option. Go straight to the item you want most, click purchase, and check out quickly. If you want multiple items, purchase them separately. I will combine orders when I can, and refund any shipping overages.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES! We ship Internationally. Consider these points before placing your order.

  • Customs regulations vary by country;
some don’t allow natural materials like broomcorn and wood through customs, and some don’t allow packages larger than a certain size. It’s best to do some research about your country’s laws before you place an order. If you place an order that can’t be shipped due to customs, a full refund will be issued.

  • Import / Duty / Customs Fees
All duty/tax/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Fees are typically around 25%-50% of the declared value of the package. This value is determined by the destination country and shipping provider. I do not change the package value on customs forms - even for workshop kits.

  • Shipping times vary.
International shipping can take 1-8 weeks.

Plan accordingly to be sure your items arrive when you need them. If ordering a Live Virtual Workshop Kit, please notify us by email when you place your order so your package can be shipped ahead of the rest of the batch (which typically ships the week prior to the workshop date).
