Cobwebbers - Virtual Workshop & Kit - February 15

This class takes place over Zoom at 10am on Saturday, February 15 and will take about two hours.

We will be making Cobwebbers! In this class you will learn to stitch the broomcorn, as well as weave the stalks onto the broom handle. This is truly one of the most useful brooms I make: Perfect for high ceilings, dark crevices, and the scary eaves outside your house. This workshop comes with a fully stocked kit.

The kit includes:
- Broomcorn (only Natural is available for this class)
- Twine color of your choosing
- Wooden stick for you broom handle (kiln-dried, ethically sourced PNW hardwood )
- A stitching needle

Other items you will need to gather ahead of time:
- A sharp knife
- Scissors
- A lighter
- A hand towel
- A wooden dowel to use as a foot brake
- A vase or jar to soak your broomcorn stalks in

US orders should be placed by February 5 to allow time for kit assembly and shipping to arrive in time for the workshop.

You will be prompted to select your twine color after you click “purchase” - Please note that only Natural broomcorn is available for this class.

SHIPPING:
Kits for Live workshops are shipped the week prior to the workshop date.
Example: If you place your order in November for a workshop that takes place in March, your kit will not ship until March, etc.
Kits for Recorded Workshops are usually shipped within a week. (Unless ordered with a live workshop, then both ship the week before the live workshop.)
We package orders on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Packages are dropped at the post office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Orders placed after 4pm pst on Wednesday will not ship out until the following week.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
- Purchase 4-6 weeks prior to the class date to ensure your kit arrives in time.
- This kit ships in a 40”/102cm x 4”/10cm x 4”/10cm box. Please check with your local postal organization to determine if this package size will get through.
